Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy

At Navarup Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed our refund and cancellation policy to be fair and transparent while protecting both our customers and our business operations.

Please read this policy carefully before making your booking, as it forms part of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

  • 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of total amount paid
    Processing fee of 10% applies to cover administrative costs
  • 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund of total amount paid
    30% cancellation fee applies due to advance bookings made
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount paid
    50% cancellation fee applies due to confirmed arrangements
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
    Full cancellation fee applies as services are already confirmed
  • No-show on departure date: No refund
    Complete forfeiture of all payments made

Refund Process

  • • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or phone
  • • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval
  • • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
  • • Bank processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount
  • • International refunds may take 15-20 business days to process
  • • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Items

  • • Airline tickets and flight bookings (subject to airline policies)
  • • Train tickets and railway bookings
  • • Hotel bookings made with non-refundable rates
  • • Visa fees and processing charges
  • • Travel insurance premiums
  • • Any third-party service charges already paid
  • • Special event tickets or permits

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the following policies apply:

  • • Tours may be postponed or rescheduled without additional charges
  • • Full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible
  • • We will assist in claiming insurance for covered events
  • • Additional expenses due to force majeure are not covered by us
  • • Government-imposed travel restrictions are considered force majeure

Partial Cancellations

  • • Partial cancellations are allowed for group bookings
  • • Refund amount will be calculated based on the number of travelers
  • • Room sharing arrangements may need to be adjusted
  • • Additional charges may apply for single occupancy
  • • Group discounts may be affected by partial cancellations

Booking Modifications

  • • Date changes are allowed up to 15 days before departure
  • • Modification fees may apply based on the changes requested
  • • Price differences due to seasonal rates will be charged additionally
  • • Name changes are allowed with applicable fees
  • • Route or itinerary changes may incur additional costs
  • • All modifications are subject to availability

Special Circumstances

  • • Medical emergencies may qualify for full refund with proper documentation
  • • Death in immediate family may qualify for full refund
  • • Military deployment orders may qualify for full refund
  • • All special circumstances require proper documentation
  • • Refund approval is at the discretion of management
  • • Processing time may be extended for special circumstances
